[Finn Hudson]

"Thanks. I feel like a soldier. You look beautiful." Finn said and smiled.

[Rachel Berry ★]

Rachel giggled, and blushed.

"Thanks... and you're supposed to feel like a soldier... considering you looking like one", she said, then laughed.

[Finn Hudson]

"Oh." Finn said and laughed. He looked to the dance floor where Kurt and Sam were.

"They make a cute couple."

[Rachel Berry ★]

Rachel followed Finn's gaze and found Sam and Kurt, still dancing. She laughed at their dancing and nodded in agreement.

"Oh yeah... they seem to have chemistry... and they both talk about fashion. It's like their... twins..."

[Finn Hudson]

"They could be the new power couple at McKinely High!" Finn exclaimed.

[Rachel Berry ★]

Rachel's jaw dropped, she never thought of her and Finn as the power couple, but she didn't like Sam and Kurt to be before them on the list of awesomeness or something. She didn't think of that as a good thing, but it looked like Finn thought that it was.

[Kurt Hummel]

When the song ended, Kurt stood there and breathed heavily. Then he looked over at Sam, smiled, and high fived him.

He walked back to the table of Glee Kids, still panting from all the energy he had just used.

"You.." He said, bent over with one hand on the table, and one pointing at Sam, "..are a veeery good dancer, Sir."

Rachel looked at Kurt and Sam, they looked tired so she offered them both a water bottle.

"You guys were pretty great out there.... too bad you missed my throwing skills..", she bragged, then laughed.

[Sam Evans]

Sam laughed while lightly tapping kurts back said:

"your not bad yourself"

Sam thanked rachel for the water bottle and he drank it in less than 10 seconds:

Sam looked and saw the glee kids faces and though wow havent they ever seen someone drink a water bottle this fast?

"what?!?! im thirsty ok?

Sam ssaid while laughing

Finn laughed. "You guys were awesome out there." He told Sam and Kurt.

Rachel nodded in agreement.

"You really were..."

[Kurt Hummel]

Kurt nodded a thanks to Rachel, and took dainty sips out of the water bottle, even though he desperately longed to chug it.

Then Finn complimented him... and he felt his cheeks get hot. Kurt looked at the table cloth, then shyly up at Finn.

"Thank you, Finn." He blushed some more, realizing he had forgotten to thank Rachel too. "Oh! And you too! Thanks, Rachel."
Kurt rubbed the back of his neck, nervously.

[Sam Evans]

Sam saw how Kurt had reacted to Finns compliment and got a bit jealouse. but since he didnt what that to ruin the night he let it go and asked Finn
"so whens the next practice coming up? i think i heard someone say that coach had told him that the next practice was next friday."

Rachel saw Kurt's reaction to Finn's compliment and immediately got jealous.

So Kurt still has feelings for Finn?!?

She had to seriously get Kurt and Sam together. Without Kurt waiting and chasing Finn until he was single, she would feel much better. She raised a brow, and smiled. Time to brainstorm again.

Kurt listened to Finn and Sam talk about football.

He sighed.

He did like Sam. In fact, he though Sam was perfect. He was the most beautiful person Kurt had ever seen, he dressed well, his speaking voice was so charismatic it made Kurt feel like melting, and, well, he was pretty sexy when he danced to Lady Gaga.

But as much as he liked Sam, he couldn't get over Finn. Yet. Finn was awkward, dressed like a slob, was immature and ignorant and sometimes just plain stupid, and couldn't dance at all. But Kurt loved him.

Kurt picked at the table cloth.
