ok so we all know summer iss coming to an end, maybe it already has for some of u. i start next week on thursdauy, and im nervouse as heck, i mean new school no friends, new language....its not easy :/ so i was wondering when do u guys start if u havent already?

Yikes...that does sound nerve-wracking! I start 3 weeks...well, now 2 weeks and 6 days, from today. September 7th =) which is the latest I've gone back in years  usually it's the 2nd or so. I think you should look at the new school thing as a positive....no reputation, so you can be a totally different person. Which also means you have a fresh start =) I have to say though, if English is your 2nd language, you're a fast learner! O: I think your spelling/grammar is better than most people who only know English >_< Just out of curiousity, what grade are you going into? I'm going to be in 8th-1 more year till high school! =) |

I start on the 24th of August! AHHH! And I'm going on freshman first-day too, because the director of a show I was in last year wants us all to sing a song from the show for the incoming freshmen. It will be embarrassing. I have a solo in the song we're singing though!
Me and Jeovany (Sam) are both going to be Juniors in HS! Nooooo! I don't want to start thinking about college. Oh, and Patricia is going into 8th grade too! You guys don't seem younger than me though. XD
& I agree about Jeovany's good English. I wish I was bilingual. >.<

aahhhh 3 more weeks lucky, september 7 is my bros bday and it was going to be my first day of 6th grade, i remember cuz that was going to be my first time in an US school back in NJ and we went back to Puerto Rico that same day so i never got to go to school there  . im going to be a junior so im in high school which is even harder DX but oh well... hopefully ill do fine  im thinking on thaking choir, who knows maybe ill be in the same school as the glee kids (since im in ohio  xD) hahaha and thanks, back in PR we take english since kindergarden, but its only one period, and well most of the people in PR think they dont need to know english but there wrong cuz the college books are all in english, and well i always payed attention in english and i always watched TV and movies in english and sometime with subtittles so i could get some practice reading english too |

You should definitely take choir! I actually wasn't going to, because I didn't like choir that much in elementary school, but the choir teacher here at the HS knows me from theatre and kept bugging me to join. Also, she has a lot of say in who gets cast in the musicals... But I also wanted to take Directing. And normally people have to take 2 semesters of choir and start out in beginning, but I gave the choir director my best puppy dog face and said "Can I pweety please take it for one semester so I can take directing??" and she let me and put me in the most advanced one. Yay! Anyhoo, I think it will be fun to have singing as a part of my school day, other than just at the lunch table. XD

hahaha Nick i know ull do just fine in ur solo (it'll be ur turn so u could sing that, if u know what i mean  xD ) and yea im with u, i dont wanna grow up collage is very hard, 9 page tests, mean profesors, etc... i wanna stay like this for ever, i mean we're at the best age(kinda) xD hahaha and y dont we seem younger then u? i mean sometime i can get very childish hahaaha and thxs for the compliment on my english it really helps, but i get very intimidated when trying to speak it, so thats y i wanted to study here in the US and now i get to improve it  yayz. and now im going to take french, so im going to be.... trilingual?!?!?! xD hahaha hopefully i wont flonk that class O.o i wanted italian but they dont offer it in my school DX ohh well.... (ps dont get embaressed, from what ive heard u have a beautiful voice, and ppl shouldnt think otherwise, or else theyll have to go throw me xD ull do fine ull have to tell us how it goes that day ) |

Hehe I WISH I was singing "EVERYTHING'S COMMING UP NIIIIIIICK. EVERYTHING'S COMMING UP DAWSON!" Ahaha. But no, I'm singing what I sang in that show. It was Fame. I was "Nick Piazza." I had to kiss a girl in that too. XP That always happens.

Your English is fabulous. Not only is it.. correct, but it's good writing. I'm taking honors Spanish, and I'm getting near the "almost fluent" stage. But I totally feel you on the being nervous to speak it thing. My friend always tries to make me talk to her Spanish exchange student, but I get shy. TRILINGUAL!? That. Is. Awesomesauce.

hahaha well when we talked on messenger u knew some of the thing i wrote in spanish so u just need to keep at it. spanish and english are very similar and therefor it make it easier to learn. hhahahaahaha ill hopefully take theatre but ill be so nervous ( i mean i got so nervouse when i had to do a skit or something back in my old theatre class, so now itll be a bit harder cuz i mean ITS IN ENGLISH!!!! xD hahaha today i met this guy ( gave me a tour of the school and he was into theatre and choir so maybe hes a gleek hahaha ill have to ask him if i see him around school. sadly i have speech next semester DX so thatll be a bit..... awfull :/ but itll be good for my english hahaha |

Spanish is easier to learn than English, I think. Because everything is sounded out the same every time. English has a lot of confusing, silent letters and stuff.
YOU CAN DO IT! I BELIEVE IN YOOOU! Ahaha >.<
Yea! Make friends with theatre/choir guy! Theatre kids are awesome. (Not to toot my own horn. *toot toot*)

hahahah now ur gonna have to sing to me dont stop believing glee style xD and yea spanish is easier in spelling cuz vowels sound never changes and in english they do, but in spanish we have all of these puntuation mark "asentos" and some stupid rules but ohh well :/ hahaha and yes theatre kids are the best someday we will rule the jocks and bullies mujujujajajajajaj xD |

Wow... I love that all of you have gigantic replies xD and I don't think mine is going to be as big. xD Oh and I agree with everyone here, pretty much, that you do have AWESOME English. I mean I thought you've been here like ALL YOUR LIFE! So yeah... oh and I am DYING to take Theater! Seriously!!!!! But I have to wait until I have to go to high school so 1 more year... which sucks because I'm not the patient type of person. Speaking of which, I HAVEN'T HEARD JULIE'S PART IN 'DEFYING GRAVITY'!!!! Grrr!! Hahahaa jk jk I'll try to be patient... muahahaa xD See what I'm doing here?
