Mr. Schue was showing everyone a very simple dance step that he seemed to be excited about. Kurt could do it without even trying, so he watched Finn.
Finn was so clumsy and awkward. And so cute. Then Kurt saw Quinn. She still moved gracefully, even when she was sick. He felt guilt pains in his stomach and looked down at his feet, as if he needed to look at them for this easy dance step.
He decided he'd apologize to Quinn for not coming to the hospital with everyone else.

Rachel followed Mr. Schue and his dance steps. They looked too easy.

Mr. Schue told them all to take a break and get a drink of water. Kurt scoffed. He hadn't broken a sweat.
Then he took a deep breath, and walked over to Quinn.
"I'm really sorry I didn't come to the hospital with everyone else. I honestly didn't notice you left. Are you feeling ok?"

"uh ya, i guess. I am actually happy you didn't come. There was no point in everybody leaving a great musical to watch me sit and wait for a doctor to see me."

Rachel stopped dancing and ran to the water fountain to get water before anyone else could get there, then she walked back to the room calm, and satisfied.

"Thanks Quinn. I promise I would have come if I wasn't so engrossed in Kristen Chenoweth's amazing performance of 'Popular'."
